Effective date: 29 September 2026

1.Lawful business use only

ITFair Pay may be used only to manage payments for genuine, lawful goods and services that the merchant is authorised to sell. You must comply with Bangladesh law, applicable sanctions, consumer rules, tax duties, provider agreements and any required licence or registration.

2.Strictly prohibited activities

  • Gambling, betting, casino, lottery, prediction markets, wagering, gaming for money, or collecting stakes or entry fees tied to prizes.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, hundi, unauthorised remittance, layering, cash conversion or concealing the source or beneficiary of funds.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, fake stores, advance-fee schemes, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, carding, stolen credentials or deceptive fundraising.
  • Transactions for illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, stolen goods, trafficking, sexual exploitation, unlawful adult content or counterfeit goods.
  • Unlicensed financial services, deposit taking, lending, investments, securities, foreign exchange, crypto exchange, escrow or payment aggregation.
  • Using another person's or business's bank/MFS account without documented authority, or splitting transactions to avoid provider or regulatory limits.
  • Selling products or services that infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

3.Prohibited technical conduct

  • Attempting unauthorised access, security testing, malware distribution, denial of service or interference with the platform.
  • Sharing, reselling or exposing API keys; bypassing account limits; creating misleading checkout pages; or falsifying payment status.
  • Collecting unnecessary personal data or placing passwords, PINs, OTPs, full card data or sensitive identity records in payment fields.

4.Monitoring and enforcement

We may use automated and manual checks, request business documents, review complaints, preserve records and restrict features while investigating. We may reject, suspend or terminate accounts linked to prohibited activity, repeated complaints, false information, unacceptable risk or attempts to evade controls.

5.Reporting and cooperation

Where lawfully required, we may provide relevant records to courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, financial institutions or payment providers. This policy does not create a duty to monitor every transaction and does not replace a merchant's own compliance programme. Report suspected abuse to info@itfair.bd.
