Matching payments are verified instantly when transaction data reaches ITFair Pay; connectivity and provider data availability can affect when that data arrives.

Transparent matching you can audit

Each incoming transaction is compared against pending orders using amount, account last 3 digits, reference and time window. Anything that doesn't match stays pending for manual review — never falsely marked as paid.
