1.Information we handle

• Merchant account, identity, business, contact and subscription information.
• Configured payment-channel details, branding, payment links, order references and transaction status data.
• Customer-provided phone number or transaction reference required for matching a payment.
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser, device, access time, errors and security events.

2.How information is used

• Provide accounts, checkout pages, transaction matching, dashboards, API and webhooks.
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, investigate disputes and meet lawful obligations.
• Provide support, essential service notices, billing and product improvements.

3.Roles and merchant responsibility

For merchant-account data, ITFair Pay determines how it is handled to operate the platform. For customer and order data submitted by a merchant, the merchant controls why it is collected and must provide any required notice, consent and lawful basis. Merchants must not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

4.Sharing and disclosure

We may use carefully selected hosting, authentication, monitoring, communication and support providers that process information only to deliver their services. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the platform, or during a lawful business restructuring. We do not sell personal information.

5.Retention and security

Information is retained while an account is active and afterward only as needed for records, disputes, security, backups and legal duties. Retention periods depend on the data and applicable obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is completely risk-free.

6.Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies or browser storage may keep you signed in, remember language settings and protect sessions. We do not use this policy to authorise unrelated advertising tracking.

7.Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete account information, object to certain processing, or close your account. Some records may need to be retained for security, disputes or legal obligations. Send requests to info@itfair.bd; we may verify your identity before acting.

8.International processing and children

Service providers may process data outside Bangladesh with contractual and technical protections appropriate to the service. ITFair Pay is for businesses and is not directed to children. Do not submit a child's information unless legally authorised and genuinely required.
